Content on this website is provided for general information. Service availability, arrival times and pricing depend on your location, the time of day and the specific job, and are confirmed when you contact us.

Quotes & pricing

We provide a quote before starting work based on the information you give us. If conditions on-site differ from what was described, we will explain any change and get your approval before continuing.

Proof of ownership

For lockouts, key replacement and entry services we require a valid photo ID and reasonable proof of ownership or authorization. We may decline any job where ownership or authorization cannot be verified.

Customer-supplied parts

We may install or program parts you supply, such as smart locks or key fobs, but cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility or lifespan of parts we did not provide.

Limitation of liability

We take care to avoid damage during every job. To the extent permitted by Tennessee law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
